Our Ambrosia elixir is both our most welcoming and easy drinking elixir, yet at the same time, our most intriguing and unfamiliar from a flavor profile perspective. This is thanks in large part, to two ingredients in particular: schisandra berries and linden leaf & flower. These two herbs aren’t as familiar to most and yet they create a wonderful, inviting flavor profile to this elixir.
Rose and rose hips, along with hibiscus help round out a flavor profile that in profoundly unique and tantalizing. The beautiful dark shade of red comes from the schisandra berries, roses and hibiscus.
This elixir tends to be on the tart side of the spectrum when enjoyed by itself.
You can enjoy this elixir in any form you can dream up! We also have to note that this elixir also makes for an incredible mixer addition to traditional boozy cocktails if so desired!

The vibrant color of this elixir showcases its antioxidant, Vitamin C rich deliciousness. One of the key ingredients that is not well known in the West is Schisandra Berry. This medicinal herb is known as an adaptogenic. In essence, adaptogenic herbs do just that, help our body to adapt. They seek to create harmony and balance, helping to nourish each individual in whatever way they need.
Schisandra Berries have a long history in Eastern countries. Its Chinese name, Wu Wei Zi, means “five-flavored fruit”, reflecting the five flavors recognized in Traditional Chinese Medicine which are: sour, bitter, sweet, pungent and salty. Schisandra has long been revered as a tonic to improve overall vitality. It is used in countless formulas for a variety of health imbalances.
Rose hips and hibiscus are two ingredients known for their Vitamin C and high antioxidant contents. Linden Flowers and leaves which come from the Tilia, or Lime Tree, have been used for centuries for their medicinal properties. The flowers offer a beautifully sweet aroma and flavor.
Most of us are familiar with roses and their magical fragrance. Roses have been found to help with lifting our mood and balancing our hormones and emotions, though they are also rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants.
We absolutely love the aroma of brewing this unique combination of plant medicines. This base offers many opportunities for drinking experiences that we have found appeal the most to wine lovers and people who simply do not enjoy the taste of spirits and effects of alcohol.
This base can be enjoyed neat or over rocks, and is predominantly tart. It can be added to lemonade in the summer, or heated up with some honey in the winter. It is highly versatile.
